This call is designed for organizations exploring workshops, Lunch & Learns, or team trainings. We’ll talk through your team’s challenges, desired outcomes, and timing to recommend the most impactful workshop experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Britteney values your time and hers. To ensure a respectful and effective experience for everyone, the following policy applies to all booked sessions, unless otherwise noted. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are non-refundable and may result in forfeiting the session. Discovery calls: no-shows or same-day cancellations may limit the ability to book future complimentary calls. Late arrivals: sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended or made up. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. ✨ We understand that life happens. If there is a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible.
