This Is HER MOVE: Why We're Building More Than a Network

Let me ask you something.

When was the last time you walked into a room full of women and left feeling like you could do anything?

Not because someone gave you a motivational speech. Not because you collected a stack of business cards. But because you had real conversations with women who saw something in you, challenged you to think bigger, and genuinely wanted to see you win.

That's the kind of room I want to create.

And that's why we're building HerMOVE.

Because connection should lead to something.

I've spent more than two decades working in business, sales, and strategy. And if there's one thing I've learned, it's that opportunities don't always start with a business plan, a perfect pitch, or even a great idea.

Sometimes, they start with a hello.

A conversation. An introduction. Someone saying, "You know who you need to meet?"

I've seen what happens when the right people connect. Ideas become partnerships. Conversations become collaborations. And women who were once figuring things out on their own realize they have an entire community willing to support them.

But I've also seen the other side.

Women with incredible ideas who don't know where to start. Women building successful businesses who still feel alone. Women sitting on dreams because they're waiting for the right opportunity, the right connection, or the right moment.

And I keep coming back to the same question:

What if we stopped waiting for opportunities and started creating them together?

This is bigger than business.

HerMOVE is for the woman building a business, climbing the corporate ladder, changing careers, rediscovering her purpose, or simply asking herself, "What's next for me?"

You don't need a certain title, income, or number of followers to belong here.

You just need to be willing to show up.

Because I believe every woman has something valuable to bring into a room.

Maybe you have the experience someone else needs. Maybe you have a connection that could change someone's trajectory. Maybe you're the one who needs encouragement, guidance, or a reminder of what you're capable of.

There's room for all of that here.

We're doing community differently.

I don't want HerMOVE to be another event you attend, post about, and forget.

I want it to be the place where you meet your next collaborator. Where you find a mentor. Where you discover a resource you didn't know existed. Where you celebrate another woman's success without questioning your own.

I want us to share what we know.

Make introductions without expecting something in return.

Show up for one another.

And recognize that success doesn't have to be a solo journey.

Because when women are connected, informed, and supported, we don't just change our own lives. We create opportunities that reach our families, businesses, and communities.
